How Candidate Scores Exceed 900 (Up to 1000)

If a candidate scores higher than the mean of the top 0.1% (i.e. M > M̄_t), the formula continues linearly above 900 up to a maximum cap of 1000 (which is awarded to All India Rank 1 candidates with top raw scores).

Multi-Session Normalization Mathematical Model
